Return Policy Details
- 1. Send an email with images of the issue or product image if not opened yet to
- 2. Once we confirm and approve the return / exchange, customer will have to ship it back to the address provided by Anda Seat with customer’s own expense.
- 3. After the inspection of the package, we will ship the exchanged unit under Anda Seat’s expense. If return, we will refund the full amount or after deducted the restocking fee.

For missing or damaged part, we will arrange a replacement for you ASAP.
Do note that the risk of loss of any returns are borne by the consumer once the product to be returned has been passed to the courier. You are responsible that your returns are properly packed and shipped back to us.
Any filing of claims for damages with carriers must be done at the consumer's discretion and responsibility.
All returns and refunds decisions by Andaseat shall be final.
* If you purchased your chair through a licensed third-party vendor, please contact their representative directly.
* If you are unable to reach out to them, please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
* Licensed third-party vendors can carry their own policies which can alter the length of the warranty for the chair purchased will extend to.
* If a chair is purchased through a licensed third-party vendor, the warranty on the chair will consist of the policies offered by the seller of the chair. Anda seat cannot extend the warranty that would come with your purchase.
You may also want to know:
* You may cancel an order at any time ONLY IF your order has yet to be shipped (tracking details yet to be made available).
* The product's packaging must not be damaged as the original packaging, in proper condition, is required.
* You are responsible for the product's return shipping and costs. All goods to be returned must be marked as "Returned Goods".
We are sad to see you go but if you really need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product that you would like to return.
We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return your order.
